Project overview

NexaStruct led architectural improvements, structural assessment and strengthening, and a full MEP replacement for an aging headquarters—while the client maintained partial occupancy. The work included new curtain wall zones, roof-mounted mechanical equipment with structural upgrades, and power and lighting systems sized for higher-density office layouts.

Disciplines collaborated in a single BIM environment to sequence phasing, minimize downtime, and deliver permit-ready documents on an accelerated schedule. Construction-phase support included RFIs, submittal review, and field verification for critical MEP connections and structural retrofits.
